Represents an interface that is executed before a request.

## Remarks

A single request handler instance is shared by every request that it handles, including concurrent requests.
Request handlers must not store individual request state in their own fields or properties, as it would leak
between requests. Store per-request values in [RequestBag](https://docs.sisk-framework.org/api/Sisk.Core.Http.HttpContext.RequestBag.md) instead.
